Do you have a repair request for your shop or online shop? Then please fill in our service form completely, so that we can process the request as quickly as possible. When the repair request is received in good order, we will send you an RMA number including instructions on how to handle the request.
Please note! Consumers can contact the retailer of purchase. They will contact us if necessary.
Repair time
Repair time varies by manufacturer, product type and complaint. In case a repair falls outside the guarantee scheme, repair costs may be charged. These will be discussed with you in advance.
